Phone Answering Service = $15.00 Per CALL OR CONTRACT MONTHLY

Commisionable phone sales=Commission = 15% Min $2000 Draw Per month
Misc Task Service = $75.00 Per Hour 1 Hour Min Charge per contact
Past Employment Calls = $75.00 Per Hour 1 Hour Min Charge per contact
Consulting Service = $75.00 Per Hour 1 Hour Min Charge per contact

Accounts 30 days out will be charged a 1 1/2% service fee per month.
All Domains remain the property of IAMNSD till Account is paid in full. No Exceptions
After 24 months of non payment. Account will be shut down untill Payment in full.
